In February or so of 2005, during a Neighborhood Clean-Up week, shortly after buying a new one, I put this bike up against a tree on the curb out front of my house. It was gone within 15 minutes. Imagine my surprise when I got out of my car at my local Burger King today for lunch and saw this locked up to the rack. It looks like it’s in good condition, except for the seat (not the one I put on it) and handlebar tape. The booties around the brake levers had been removed, which didn’t surprise me… they were in HORRIBLE condition. But the shifters were fine, the drailleurs appeared to be okay. It really made me feel good to see that thing again, and in such good shape. It was a good feeling of nostalgia. Made me feel good to see it again. Anyway… that’s all from me for now. Thanks for visiting and Keep Coming Back!!! PS: I saw it again this evening about 10:00pm after the Sharks game this evening. Twice in one day? Dad says its a good omen. Im down for good omens. :-)]]>
