I just had to share this webcomic, courtesy of Penny Arcade. How many kids today don’t read books anymore? Hell, I do most of my reading online these days, but I still have an extensive collection of books. I dunno… The times are definitely changing. Thanks for visiting and Keep Coming Back!]]>
I haven’t read Tycho’s comment yet, but I’m guessing this is more about reading books on electronic devices – specifically, Kindle and iPhone. Of course, it probably is true that kids don’t read as much these days – at least not books. They don’t have time whilst reading all of the tweets and the 25 Things notes.

Wow Ian!
That is quite possibly the funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time…
Thanks for sharing it bro!
LOL
@cfactor
Yeah, I’m convinced that it’s all about the Kindle. Honestly, I still buy books, but I don’t know why – these days, with the internet being a hub of fanfiction, I’m just as content to find a good fic and curl up with my laptop in the living room as I would be with a book.
@jfgrissom
Glad you like it! Penny Arcade is so FTW!
I have thought it might be fun to try a Kindle or the new one I saw a while back on the BBC World News web site.
However . . . it is likely to be a =very= long time before books are =replaced!=
@Ol’ Dad
My buddy hacked his Kindle2 the other day. He’s having a whole lot of fun with it. But then again, he’s doing more than just reading on it. 😉
