Two Weeks

wider than I was really used to. Well, over the last week, I’ve been using it in my comfy chair pretty much every night. I believe I’m at the point where this laptop now just feels right. I can’t wait for the first bill so I can actually start paying this thing off. The fact that I haven’t seen any paperwork yet is making me nervous. If I go for too much longer, I might just have to call the credit card company and ask them where my statements are. I actually want to do with this laptop what I’ve done with my car. I’ve been paying an extra $25/month on my car for as long as I’ve had the loan. If I keep it up, I will get it paid off at least a year early, and that’s a good feeling. (An even better feeling is that I’m down to the halfway mark on the loan balance!!!) I don’t want the payments on this laptop lasting more than its useful life, so yeah — two years tops. I think I can get it paid off that soon, anyway. (Then, of course, cancel the card it’s on.) Not a whole lot has been going on lately. Been working during the day, and playing WoW in the evening. Last weekend, my brother moved his priest to my server. This has been great, because the last several days I’ve had the chance to run with him in-game. I’ve really missed that. Kurt is one of my very best friends and being able to play with him is just awesome. 🙂 Anyway… I’m gonna go back to watching the Sharks / Ducks game from yesterday on Comcast’s OnDemand. 3rd period just started, and the store is 3-1 (which is the final score).
