workout log plugin for WordPress this evening. It was a pretty simple thing, one php file with options for Activity, Time, Distance, etc. It’s actually quite nifty. Eventually I’ll figure out how to make it a template for a wordpress page, and put a link for it up in the menubar up top there. Before I could use it though, it needed to be translated from the coder’s native German to English. The bulk of this was easily done with Google’s Language Tools. I had to do a bit of phrase translation and a bit of remembering my time back in High School, but I’m pretty happy with how it’s turned out so far. I’ll keep working on it though. Just to make sure I don’t accidentally wipe it while I’m working on it, I’ve added it to RCS. Each time I modify it, I’ll check it out of RCS, and when I’m done, I’ll check it back in. This is considered a very good practice because if I screw something up, I can easily revert to a previous revision. Speaking of which, I just thought of another change I should make. (Substitute the German generic “sport” with a much more accurate English word “activity”.) Thanks for visiting and Keep Coming Back!!!]]>
I hope =you= know what you’re talkin’ about . . . =I= sure don’t!
